The Sprague River Fire which start last week is finally getting under control. Many have lost their homes. We are just a very small rural community and we are now a disaster area. Amazing the emotions you feel all at once when you see a massive fire preparing to just wipe you out. Our volunteer fire department did an awesome job as well as other firefighters from surrounding towns. We are very thankful that we were left untouched. Thank you Lord and thank you all for the prayers!

Well it doesn't look good for breeding the girls this year as we still have no snow pack. It sure is freezing though. With last years drought all farmers were cut off irrigating so the hay is getting scarce here in southern Oregon, The river is very low now. Sure will miss milking my ladies and not having bouncing little ones around this year. Its all good! Hope everyone has a good 2014.

Cant believe it is already this cold. We have 2 weather gauges so hoping its not true that we are 30 below zero doen't work. All the kids are doing just fine as they are really tough.

We just did the Klamath Bazaar at the fairgrounds. It was a 2 day event and we sure had fun. So many neat things to see.

Gees the time is really flying. We are now feeling like winter is a coming. Everyone is doing fine. They are already getting their winter coats thats for sure. Looking a bit burley ha ha. Hope everyone is doing well out there. We are still working hard on our little store and we just did the Sprague River Christmas bazaar. A good time was had by all and our products were well recieved. Some didnt even have a chance to be posted at our store as they were just finished the week of the bazaar and wow! Wow already we are waking up to the frost everywhere. It sure seems like it came really fast this year. All our guys are doing wonderful. We are also creating new things for our new store.Hope everyone is doing fine.

Oh gees where does the time go. Just realized how close we are to being in the cold again. At least we are moving right along to having everything ready. The hardest jobs are already done. Hope everyone is ok and enjoying what summer we have left.
